My own experiences with family trauma, societal pressures, and personal struggles have shaped my approach to coaching. From navigating my mother’s health struggles and my parents’ experiences as first-generation immigrants to dealing with divorce, job changes, and single parenthood, I’ve learned the power of resilience and emotional well-being. My journey through burnout and coaching has shown me that true peace comes from within. Now, I use these insights to help you discover your inner strength, break free from limiting patterns, and achieve the peace and confidence that come from fully embracing who you are.
